Rapid Development Services. developed robotic line for breath strips manufacturing. This system handles edible film and provides cutting, stacking, cassette feeding, loading, assembly and labeling at the rate of up to 100 cassettes per minute. Separate Form Fill and seal machine packs cassetes into pouches at the rate of up to 300 cassettes per minute.
Rapid Development Services. received Notice of Allowance from US Patent Office on the patent, covering basic module for Robo-mation technology.
Robo-mation is a Rapid Development Services. registered trademark. This technology is for high speed flexible assembly and packaging. It is based on programmable position, acceleration and velocity devices with multiple parts handling capability. Robo-mation has been successfully applied for a standard FFS packaging machines loading and case packing.
